Registration Fees:

Full Registration: 350 € (Theoretical part, hands-on practice on phantom models, surgical hands-on trainnig, workshop material, CD with the presentations, coffee breaks, light lunch and dinner)

One Day Registration: 100 € (Theoretical part, workshop material, CD with the presentations, coffee breaks, light lunch and dinner)

General Information:Registration is required for all attendees of the Workshop. Registration form will be available at Certificate of attendance will be given on Saturday 20 March upon the completion of the clinical cases. The Workshop certificate will be given upon the receipt of the “Quality assessment questionnaire”. CME CREDITS will be awarded.

Maximum number of participants: 20 persons (first book - first serve policy)

Accommodation at a special price for the participants has been negotiated with the LARISSA Imperial Hotel ( tel: +30 2410 687600) Transfer from the hotel to University Hospital of Larissa and from there to hotel will be provided at no additional cost.
